A complete PVC profile production line starts with the core process of pre-treatment and mixing of raw materials. Through high and low temperature mixing units, PVC resin and various additives are prepared into uniform dry-mixed materials. Subsequently, the mixture is automatically conveyed to the conical twin-screw extruder by a screw feeder, where it is melted and plasticized under high temperature and high pressure, and then extruded through a precision mold to form a continuous parison with a specific cross-section.
Immediately after, the parison enters the vacuum shaping and cooling system, where it rapidly solidifies and takes shape under the action of vacuum adsorption and water cooling. Afterwards, the stable pulling force is provided by the track traction machine, and the wire cutting device performs precise cutting to the set length. Finally, the finished profiles are collected and stacked through an automatic unloading and stacking device, thus achieving automated and continuous production from raw materials to finished products.
