PE / PPR Pipe Production Line – Compact Introduction
Our PE/PPR pipe extrusion line is a high-speed, fully-synchronized system engineered for the continuous manufacture of polyolefin pipes used in potable-water, gas-distribution, under-floor heating and industrial applications. Based on European design concepts, the line combines a high-torque single-screw extruder, precision spiral or basket die, vacuum sizing, spray cooling, multi-belt haul-off, chip-free cutter and automatic stacker. By exchanging dies and screws the same line can switch between PE, PPR, PP, PB or multi-layer constructions without major modification.

Chip-free planetary cutter for pipes ≤ 250 mm; planetary saw for 250-1600 mm, ensuring square, burr-free ends
Optional gravimetric dosing & ultrasonic wall-thickness control—scrap rate < 1 %
