Ⅰ. Product Overview

The raw material for this floor heating is a medium-density polyethylene with extremely stable mechanical properties, which is copolymerized from the monomers of ethylene and octene through metallocene catalysis. Its unique ethylene main chain and octene short side chain structure endow it with the superior toughness, stress crack resistance, low-temperature impact resistance, outstanding long-term water pressure resistance of ethylene and the thermal creep resistance of octene simultaneously.

The PE-RT raw material not only has a qualified creep rupture curve, but also has a moderate pipe price. Its construction is relatively convenient and fast compared to other varieties. The connection form belongs to the most reliable in-situ mutual fusion hot-melt connection form at present. The hole diameter of the pipe fitting part is larger than the inner diameter of the pipe of the same specification. In the system, there is no mechanical connection method with local diameter reduction. Therefore, the fluid resistance of the system is relatively small.

With the development of plastic technology, indoor heating systems can provide various plastic pipes for different purposes. Plastic pipes have the advantages of smooth inner walls, low resistance to heat medium flow, acid and alkali resistance, long service life and easy installation. In recent years, PE-RT has been widely used in floor heating systems. As a new generation of dedicated heating pipe materials, it is gradually becoming the mainstream product in the floor heating market.

Ⅱ. Product Feature

1. Flexibility: PE-RT pipes, due to their soft material and excellent flexibility, demonstrate remarkable construction convenience and economy during the laying process. This type of pipe can be transported and stored by coiling and directly bent and laid on site, without the frequent use of elbows, joints and other pipe fittings, thus significantly reducing the amount of accessories used. During the construction process, there is no need to rely on special tools or complex equipment. Ordinary operations can complete cutting, bending and connection, effectively reducing labor and equipment costs. In addition, its simple processing method also shortens the installation time, reduces the complexity of the project, and optimizes the overall cost in multiple aspects such as material conservation, time compression and tool simplification.

2. Thermal Conductivity: PE-RT pipes, with their outstanding flexibility and thermal conductivity, have become the ideal choice for floor heating systems. Its excellent flexibility enables the pipes to be transported by coiling and laid directly by bending, significantly reducing the usage of pipe fittings. Moreover, construction does not require special tools, significantly lowering material, labor and overall costs. Meanwhile, PE-RT pipes have a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.4 W/(m·K), which is about twice that of common plastic pipes such as PP-R and PP-B. They can quickly and evenly conduct heat to the ground, thereby enhancing the system's response speed, temperature control accuracy, and heating uniformity. This also helps achieve efficient operation at low temperatures and reduce long-term energy consumption. These characteristics collectively make PE-RT pipes economically viable, easy to install and highly efficient in floor heating applications.

3. Low-Temperature Thermal Shock Resistance: PE-RT pipes stand out particularly in terms of low-temperature resistance, giving them a significant advantage in construction and application in cold environments. This pipe material can still maintain excellent impact toughness under low-temperature conditions. It is less likely to break due to brittleness during winter construction. This not only reduces the risk of material loss but also greatly increases the flexibility of construction arrangements, allowing the project to proceed as usual even in the coldest seasons. In addition, its flexibility at low temperatures remains excellent, and there is no need to preheat the pipes during bending operations, further simplifying on-site procedures and enhancing construction efficiency. In terms of long-term durability, PE-RT pipes also perform exceptionally well. Under typical operating conditions of a continuous working temperature of 70℃ and a pressure of 0.4MPa, its designed service life can exceed 50 years. This is attributed to the stability of its molecular structure and its heat aging resistance, which can ensure that the pipeline maintains its strength and sealing performance during the long-term operation of the heating system, providing users with reliable and long-lasting system protection. Therefore, whether in terms of construction adaptability or long-term service performance, PE-RT pipes are a reliable preferred material in low-temperature environments and heating systems.

4. Environmental Friendliness: PE-RT pipes are a type of high-performance pipe that integrates environmental protection, durability and health safety. Its production does not require toxic additives, and the materials are recyclable, making it environmentally friendly. The pipe has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and low-temperature impact resistance, a long service life, and is easy to install. Especially in winter, it can still operate flexibly. PE-RT pipe is a widely used high-performance plastic pipe. Its core advantages lie in its outstanding flexibility, long-term heat and pressure resistance, excellent thermal conductivity and environmental safety characteristics. It is mainly applied to the HVAC and water supply systems inside buildings, specifically including:

1. Heating Applications: It is the preferred pipe material for floor radiant heating and is also suitable for the connecting pipes of radiator heating systems.

2. Water supply field: Widely used in the cold and hot water supply and direct drinking water delivery systems of buildings.

3. Special fluid transportation: Due to its hygiene and corrosion resistance, it is also applied in fields such as the food industry, agricultural irrigation, hot springs, and solar hot water systems.

Ⅳ. Underfloor Heating Pipe Production Line

1. The extruder is specially designed for high-speed PERT floor heating pipes. It is equipped with a high-speed hard tooth surface reducer, a low-noise energy-saving fan cooling system, an automatic temperature control system and an automatic feeding and quantitative feeding system. The screw adopts a special plasticizing section. Improve compressibility, increase filling, low temperature and high plasticization characteristics increase production.



2. The extrusion die is a special high-pressure die of our company, which is electroplated after forging and quenching die steel. The special design of the mold core ensures the low-temperature plasticization effect of the raw materials, and the special temperature control system of the core ensures the appearance and quality performance of the pipe. The uniformity of melting pressure and flow rate of the multi-layer co-extrusion mold developed by our company and its convenient adjustment performance have been trusted by many customers.

This vacuum sizing box, as the core forming equipment of the pipe production line, is mainly used to precisely control the outer diameter size, roundness and surface quality of plastic pipes through stable negative pressure adsorption and uniform spray cooling. Its 6-meter-long 304 stainless steel box, combined with the four-position spray system and adjustable vacuum device, can ensure that the pipe achieves rapid and uniform shaping during the continuous extrusion process, which is a key link to guarantee the geometric accuracy and production efficiency of high-quality pipes such as PE-RT.

This spray box, as the supporting cooling unit of the vacuum sizing system, is mainly used for uniform and sufficient secondary cooling of the pipes that have completed the initial shaping. Its 6-meter-long 304 stainless steel box, in combination with ABS nozzles arranged in four directions, can fully wrap the surface of the pipe through a large-flow circulating water curtain, ensuring that the temperature of the pipe steadily drops and the structure is fully cured before entering subsequent processes, thereby guaranteeing the final dimensional stability and mechanical properties of the product.

This traction machine is mainly used to provide stable and adjustable traction force on the pipe production line, ensuring that the pipes maintain uniform linear motion during extrusion, shaping and cooling processes. Its center height is adjustable (1020±20mm). Combined with a pneumatic clamping mechanism and a variable frequency speed regulation system, it can stably hold and pull pipes with a wide diameter range, and precisely control the production line rhythm at a speed of 10 to 20m/min. It is a key equipment for ensuring the continuous forming, uniform size and surface quality of pipes.




Dual station winding machine





This winding machine is mainly used to automatically and orderly wind the continuously produced soft pipes (such as PE-RT pipes) into reels, facilitating subsequent transportation, storage and use. It adopts a tortorque control winding method, driven by dual motors in coordination, and is equipped with an adjustable width winding reel (outer diameter φ1200mm, core diameter φ400mm), which can stably handle the winding operation of pipes with diameters ranging from Φ16 to 25mm. The maximum winding line speed can reach 25m/min, ensuring neat winding and uniform tension at the same time. Effectively avoiding the deformation or loosening of pipes caused by being too tight or too loose, it is a key equipment for achieving continuous and automated packaging at the end of the production line.

Q1.How to pay to you?

A:1)30% of total amount paid by TT as advance, then the seller start production
2)after the machine is finished ,buyer come to test the machine in seller's factory ,
and then pay the 70% balance by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight . Then seller ship the machine.

Q2.How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard machines, it would be 30 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according
to client s specific requirements, it would be 45 days.

Q3.Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
A:Yes,for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.

Q4.How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

Q5.What's your after-sales service ?
(1)The supplier provides service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliances, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
(2)The supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 100 USD for each engineer will be born by the buyers. We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
