Drainage boards (also known as concave-convex drainage boards or plastic seepage drainage boards) are plastic sheet materials with protrusions or grooves on one side. The gaps formed between the protrusions can quickly drain the seeping water in construction, municipal, transportation and other projects, preventing water accumulation and foundation settlement It is widely used in roof gardens, underground garage roof slabs, tunnels, subways, landfill sites, highway subgrades and other occasions.

Raw Materials and Structure

Common raw materials: HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PVC particles (both new materials and qualified recycled materials are acceptable).

Typical structure: The core board is a plastic board with regular drainage channels. A layer of non-woven fabric filter membrane is laminated on the upper surface or both sides, which not only retains soil but also ensures smooth water flow.

Main process flow

Raw material drying → melting and plasticizing by single-screw extruder

Sheet extrusion die head → Three-roll calendering/vacuum forming (forming protrusions or drainage channels)

Online hot melt or roller composite non-woven fabric filter membrane

Cooling and shaping → Traction → Edge cutting → online thickness measurement → automatic cutting/winding → packaging and storage

The entire production line can achieve continuous production with an effective width of 1 to 3 meters, a thickness of 0.2 to 4 mm, and a production capacity of 200 to 800 kg/h.

Technical features

One-step molding combined with online lamination reduces secondary processing and ensures high efficiency.

The height and shape of the protrusion can be quickly adjusted by replacing the forming roller.

Optional functions include two-color co-extrusion, embossing, punching, and automatic roll changing.

The product is weather-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and resistant to plant root penetration, with a service life of ≥100 years
