This production line mainly consists of the following parts:
Two conical twin-screw extruders: used for the extrusion molding of PVC substrates.
A single-screw extruder: used for surface co-extrusion of weather-resistant materials such as ASA or PMMA.
Co-extrusion distributors and molds: Achieve composite co-extrusion of multi-layer materials.
Forming auxiliary equipment: including embossing rollers, setting tables, traction machines, cutting machines, stacking racks, etc.
Co-extrusion technology: It adopts the industry's first three-layer co-extrusion technology (the actual product is a two-layer structure). The surface layer is ASA/PMMA super weather-resistant resin, and the bottom layer is white tough PVC material, which combines weather resistance, impact resistance and aesthetics.
One-time molding: Multiple layers of materials are processed in one go, featuring high production efficiency and stable structure.
Customizable: We can produce single-layer PVC glazed tiles, as well as PVC/ASA and PVC/PMMA co-extruded composite glazed tiles. The width is generally 880-1040mm, and the thickness is 0.5-3mm.
