PP / PE corrugated pipe production line is a fully automatic, single-screw extrusion system engineered for the continuous manufacture of single-wall or double-wall corrugated pipes from 16 mm up to 1200 mm in diameter. The line processes virgin or recycled polypropylene (PP) and high-density or low-density polyethylene (HDPE / LDPE) into lightweight yet high-strength pipes that are widely used for cable protection (electric, telecom, fiber-optic), storm-water drainage, agricultural irrigation, building ventilation and automotive conduit.
Core Components
Vacuum Loader & Drying Hopper – automatic material feeding and moisture removal.
High-torque Single-screw Extruder – 30:1 or 33:1 L/D barrier screw with grooved feed zone guarantees homogeneous melt and ≥ 95 % plasticization even with high CaCO₃ filler.
Co-extruder (optional) – for colored stripes or adhesion-modified inner layer.
Die Head – spiral or basket style; quick-change tooling for OD 16–75 mm, 50–250 mm, 200–600 mm or 500–1200 mm ranges.
Corrugator – precision vacuum calibrating blocks in aluminum alloy or high-strength resin; servo-driven, open-close design for fast size changeover.
Cooling Tank – spray and immersion sections ensure rapid shape fixation.
Haul-off – caterpillar or belt type with synchronized speed to corrugator, ±0.5 % tolerance.
Cutter – planetary or chipless saw with PLC length control (±2 mm).
Automatic Coiler or Stacker – torque-controlled for neat packaging.

This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PP/PE/PVC/EVA/PA continuously.

We designed new technology,replace the traditional chain forming machine.The appearance and preceision of single wall corrugated pipe have improved greatly.
The production line is driven by gears,and the mould runs in the track.
It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a closed forced water cooling system to achieve high-speed production.
