Product Description
This production line is designed to manufacture single wall corrugated pipes using PP, PE, EVA, PVC and PA materials. Equipped with a vacuum forming system and vacuum molds, it can produce corrugated pipes with joint structures, suitable for drainage, flexible connection and fluid delivery scenarios. The production process covers raw material extrusion, vacuum corrugation forming, cooling, haul-off and cutting, with coordinated operation across all stations. Pipes produced by the line have uniform corrugation shape, straight pipe seams and smooth surface, adapting to the functional requirements of different drainage and connection applications.

Each model is matched with a corresponding single-screw extruder, which melts and plasticizes the raw material. The extruder delivers stable melt output with controllable temperature, ensuring uniform material performance for subsequent forming. Different screw structures are adopted for different material types to optimize plasticization effect.
The forming system consists of circulating mold blocks with precision-machined cavities. Under the action of vacuum suction, the molten material is closely attached to the mold cavity to form the corrugated structure. The vacuum forming process supports the production of pipes with integrated joint structures, which can be directly used for connection without secondary processing.
The vacuum pump provides stable negative pressure for the forming process. It is an optional configuration, which can be selected according to the product structure requirements. For pipes that do not require deep corrugation or joint structures, production can be carried out without the vacuum configuration.
The haul-off unit provides stable traction force synchronized with the forming speed, ensuring consistent pipe dimension. The cutting unit can perform fixed-length cutting according to preset parameters, adapting to different length requirements of finished pipes.
The control system integrates parameter adjustment and equipment status monitoring. Operators can set extrusion temperature, production speed, cutting length and other parameters, with real-time display of operating data to support daily production management.
The production line delivers adjustable production speed within the range specified for each model, allowing manufacturers to adjust output based on order scale. The corrugation shape of finished pipes is evenly distributed along the pipe length, and the pipe seam remains straight, which ensures stable connection performance during assembly. The pipe surface is smooth, which reduces fluid resistance when used for drainage applications. Different material options correspond to different chemical resistance and temperature resistance properties, adapting to different working environments.
Pipes produced by this line are widely used as drain pipes for wash basins and other sanitary wares. The flexible corrugated structure can adapt to different installation spaces, and the joint structure supports quick connection with water outlets and drainage fittings.
The line can produce flexible connecting pipes for air conditioning systems. The corrugated structure can compensate for minor installation misalignment and reduce vibration transmission between equipment components.
With EVA, PA and other material options, the line can produce flexible hoses for various fluid delivery scenarios, including hookah hoses and other special-purpose flexible pipes, adapting to different commercial procurement needs.
The line supports processing of PP, PE, EVA, PVC and PA materials. Material switching requires corresponding parameter adjustment and, for some materials, screw configuration adjustment, to ensure forming quality.
Model selection is mainly based on the target pipe diameter range and required production speed. The parameter table provides clear diameter range and speed data for each model, which can be used as a reference for commercial procurement.
The vacuum pump is an optional component. It is required for producing pipes with deep corrugation or integrated joint structures. For ordinary single wall corrugated pipes without special forming requirements, the basic configuration can meet production needs.
Customized mold design is available for special corrugation shapes or pipe profiles, based on the diameter range supported by the corresponding machine model.
