This polyester fiber flexible strapping production line represents a highly integrated and intelligent advanced manufacturing system, engineered for the stable and efficient production of premium-quality packing straps. The complete line consists of core units including a fiber unwinding rack, automatic feeding system, drying unit, precision single-screw extruder, customizable one-out-one or one-out-two die heads, cooling water tank, traction units, infrared heating oven, printing and embossing device, secondary cooling and setting frame, and a fully automatic winding machine. Each segment is seamlessly connected to enable continuous, automated production from raw materials to finished product.

The production line utilizes an advanced PLC control system with a human-machine interface (HMI), enabling precise closed-loop control of key process parameters such as temperature, tension, and speed. This ensures consistent and stable product quality. The extrusion system is equipped with five-zone independent temperature control and a high-efficiency mixing screw to ensure complete plasticization of the material. The two-stage stretching and heat treatment process significantly enhances the tensile strength and dimensional stability of the straps. The integrated online printing and embossing units provide clear marking and excellent frictional properties. Designed for both high efficiency and energy savings, the line can be optionally equipped with a heat recovery system to substantially reduce operational energy consumption.

The production line offers outstanding flexibility. Through quick mold changes and parameter adjustments, it can produce straps in a wide range of specifications—widths from 5 to 25 mm and thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.5 mm—meeting packaging requirements for various strength levels, from daily commodity bundling to heavy equipment transportation. The line operates stably, is easy to use, and achieves a production capacity of 150 to 400 kilograms per hour, making it an ideal choice for enhancing packaging efficiency and reliability.
