1. Equipment composition

Plastic extruder (main machine/auxiliary machine), cooling water tank, oven, traction embossing unit, belt winding machine. The main and auxiliary machine drive of the strapping band production line is composed of a speed-regulating motor, a reducer and a shaft sleeve. The forming part is composed of a screw barrel, a die head and a die. The raw materials are conveyed through the hopper to the screw barrel for heating and extrusion to form the initial blank. It features high output, good plasticization, strong processing adaptability, simple operation and easy maintenance, making it an essential equipment for manufacturing all-plastic tapes

Always PET two straps extrusion needs 90/30 single screw extruder.
PP two straps extrusion needs 75/30 single screw extruder.
Special design screw structurer could extrude PET PP materials smoothl,it does not create excessive shear molecular structure, and ensures the strength of the packing belt
