   On November 3, 2025, Mr. Wang, the CEO of Zhongrui Plastic Machinery, personally led technical engineer to Denizli, Turkey, to complete the on-site delivery and commissioning of equipment for a significant cooperation-- the PET strapping belt production line.

    Upon arrival at the client’s site, the team promptly proceeded with the assembly and testing of the equipment.  Under Mr. Wang’ s personal supervision. The engineers executed the installation process to the highest standards, ensuring precision in every step and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent commissioning phase. The debugging stage presented a critical test of technical expertise. II Production Process

   1. Stretching and Shaping: PET pellets are heated and melted, then formed into primary filaments through molds, and then cooled and stretched to increase the strength and shaping degree of the filaments.

   2. Winding and inspection: The stretched filaments are wound onto paper tubes or synthetic fiber tubes and undergo quality inspection, including indicators such as tensile strength, elongation, and diameter.
