Ⅴ. Production Processes

The PVC downspout production line is an efficient and continuous automated process. Firstly, the PVC resin and additives are mixed and cooled at high speed to form a uniform dry mixture. Subsequently, the material enters the twin-screw extruder and is fully plasticized into a melt under high-temperature shearing. The melt is extruded into a tube through a ring-shaped die and immediately enters the vacuum sizing box. Under negative pressure and spray cooling, it is rapidly shaped to achieve precise dimensions and a smooth surface. The shaped pipes are pulled out at a constant speed by the traction machine and finally precisely cut to the set length by the cutting machine, completing the fully automatic production from raw materials to finished products.
